Billy Daniels

The Lawyer, Inventor, and Entrepreneur.

"Every person I have represented; as well as every trip I have taken; and every trial I have been in has been a learning experience.

Many lessons have been difficult learning experiences. The recovery from any loss is in my opinion a learned skill. That is what life is about.

However, we tend to use a methodology that isolates a problem into compartments and segments, and we address each one according to the agreed strategy to move forward. We simply make decisions and solve the problems one at a time based upon the decision."

Trial Law

I have always wanted to be a trial lawyer, and have never wanted to go to work at a job except for the time I was going to night school. Being a solo practitioner is not for everyone. It offers a wide variety of unlimited possibilities. Failure is one of them and is the best teacher. You can make a living at any work that you choose to learn about, and enjoy it while you are improving your craft.

Every person I have represented; as well as every trip I have taken; and every trial I have been in has been a learning experience.

Many lessons have been difficult learning experiences. The recovery from any loss in my opinion is a learned skill. That is what life is about. However, we tend to use a methodology that isolates a problem into compartments and segments, and we address each one according to the agreed strategy to move forward. We simply make decisions and solve the problems one at a time based on the decision.

Knowing the feelings of the loss of what you hoped you could achieve teaches you that you have to accept defeat and move on to the next encounter.

The vindication that you feel when you are winning has more meaning when you are doing your best and struggling to reach the goal you want and to resolve the conflict to your advantage.

Anyone who says they have never lost a case has never tried any cases that are difficult. It is not about luck. I have taken the hardest cases that came along because I felt I was bringing closure to a difficult set of conflicting circumstances; not whether it matters that I win all of the time.
